Last year the Richard Petty Driving Experience launched Junior Ride-Alongs at Walt Disney World Speedway in Orlando, FL. This all-new program lets children (ages 6-13 and 48″ tall) Ride-Along shotgun in a 2-seat NASCAR race car for 3 laps around the 1-mile tri oval at Disney… talk about smiles from ear-to-ear!!!
Orlando was the perfect location to launch Junior Ride-Alongs because there are tons of kids at Disney… but the Richard Petty Driving Experience thought more kids would jump at the opportunity to experience the adrenaline pumping thrill of a NASCAR race car on a real race track!
So, why not expand Junior Ride-Alongs to Charlotte Motor Speedway (Home of NASCAR) and Daytona International Speedway (The World Center of Racing)?… well the Richard Petty Driving Experience just did!
… And to celebrate the Richard Petty Driving Experience is hosting a “Draw The King” contest!
Now through May 31st, kids (6-13 and 48″ tall) can submit their hand drawn pictures of Richard Petty, The King of NASCAR racing, for a chance to win a Ride-Along party for 10 AND their drawing on the hood of our Junior Ride-Along NASCAR race cars!!!
Get your kids ready… set them up with some crayons/color pencils/markers (their drawing utensil of choice) and DRAW! The Richard Petty Driving Experience can’t WAIT to see their version of their boss man, The King!
